4.1 Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned in original condition (unused, unopened, sealed).
- Request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Invoice/receipt is required.

- Share photographs of the product (if defective/damaged).
- If approved, ship the item back as per instructions.

- Refunds processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
- Refunded via the original payment mode.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective/incorrect.

- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Discounted/clearance items marked “final sale.”
4.5 Damaged or Wrong Products
