- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for customers within our serviceable areas. Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- UPI Payments: We accept payments through popular UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, etc.).
- Net Banking: Customers may choose to pay through their bank’s net banking facility.
- Debit/Credit Cards: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, and other major card networks.
- Direct Bank Transfer: Customers may transfer payments directly into our designated bank account. Order processing will begin once payment is verified.
1.2 Payment Security
- All online transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway.
- We do not store your card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on our servers.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payments are not successfully completed.
1.3 Failed Transactions
- If a payment fails but funds are deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.
- We are not liable for any delay caused by the bank or third-party provider.
