  • Direct Bank Transfer: Customers may transfer payments directly into our designated bank account. Order processing will begin once payment is verified.

1.2 Payment Security

  • All online transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway.
  • We do not store your card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on our servers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payments are not successfully completed.

1.3 Failed Transactions

  • If a payment fails but funds are deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.
  • We are not liable for any delay caused by the bank or third-party provider.
