Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A parcel opening video is needed for any
issues, such as damages, wrong product, or missing items. 
The video should be unedited and without any pause or cut. The video can be used as a tutorial for new online customers to show how
to capture it.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must fulfill the following conditions.

  1. Having any mismatch in the received product from what is displayed while ordering.
  2. If the product received in a damaged condition.

We will process the immediate replacement or full/partial refund at your convenience

To start a return, you can contact us at support@bharosemand.com or WhatsApp us at 7802071777. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or self courier address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
